Patients currently being seen by Dr. Quintero-Howard in the Harford County Joppa location now have the option of either continuing follow-up in Joppa or instead of being seen in the Baltimore County Cockeysville location.   

Dr. Quintero-Howard is no longer seeing private practice patients in Rosedale on Yellow Brick Road. Former private practice Rosedale patients will need to transfer to either Dr. Quintero-Howard's Harford County Joppa or Baltimore County Cockeysville locations.  Alternatively these patients are welcome to transfer their psychiatric medication management and psychotherapy care to CBS (Community Behavioral Services, 410-780-5203).  But, patients transferring their psychiatric care from Dr. Quintero-Howard's private practice to CBS will not be able to keep their current therapist.   

Patients who see Dr. Quintero-Howard in Rosedale but who are patients of CBS (Community Behavioral Services, 410-780-5203) are advised to continue receiving all mental health treatment at CBS.
